Pumpkin Protein Bar Recipe

3 Scoup Vanilla protein
1 scoup ground flax seed
1 C spelnda or natural sweetner
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
6 egg whites
1Tb Vanilla
1C pumpkin
1Tb Olive oil
1C walnuts

Mix the dry ingridents in a medium bowl, In another bowl beat the egg whites until fluffy. Add the rest of the 4 ingredient mix well then add the dry ingredients.

Spray a 8X8 baking pan with cooking spray. Bake @ 350 for 20 min or until golden brown.
